I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This is a great guide to help anyone learn to work their way through intense emotions, not just teens, and is especially helpful for those who haven’t looked into Dialectical Behavior Therapy before. There’s lots of great exercises and pictures throughout making this an ideal guide for teens.
